It comes in a pretty simple cardboard case, with an easy open tab at the top. Inside the case is wrapped in plastic and comes with a silica gel pack and an authentication card.
It has a shock dispersion pattern on the inside in order to help protect your device from drops. While also being flexible and stretch resistant. Not to mention air cushion technology on the corners for extra protection. There is also a raised lip on the front side to help protect the glass when you lie it face down.
There are great carbon fiber accents at the top and bottom and you can see very precise cutouts for the camera, flash, laser focus, mic, and fingerprint scanner on the back here. As well as a raised lip to protect the glass and lens.
The cutouts on the top and bottom are no different they line up perfectly giving you easy access to the USB C port or the headphone jack. The buttons are also covered and protected and work quite well with a nice clicky feel. Overall this is a nice stylish case which should give you lots of protection.
